They are patient, knowledgable and always available to assist. They’ve assisted in ways that make your job easier. On a business note, they have helped us consolidate unsubscribe management across multiple platforms, they have assisted in ensuring that we meet email regulations, have automated the unsubscribe process, saving time and resources and heled in reducing bounce rates and improving sender reputation by removing invalid emails. Finally, they have shown a strong dedication to Data Security by protecting sensitive customer data with robust security measures. **What do you dislike about UnsubCentral?** I'll have to think about that one, but at the moment, I can't think of one now. **What problems is UnsubCentral solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing our unsubscribes. Regarding software, it meets all the requirements- easy native integrations, secure platform, ease of use, etc. Where they exceed is in adding a human touch to a SaaS product. **What do you dislike about UnsubCentral?** It's an indispensable tool for compliance, but it's one of those tools that most won't directly add revenue. So, adding this tool as a monthly cost can be difficult if you're in the early stages of a business. **What problems is UnsubCentral solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use UnsubCentral to host our suppression lists and to distribute those lists to 3rd party email marketers in a compliant manner. Without UnsubCentral, we would need to manually encrypt and email individual files weekly to all active email marketing partners in our system; that would not be a reliable process, could easily result in a leak of sensitive user data, and would take up hours per month of employee time. With UnsubCentral's native integration into our brokering platform (HasOffers), we can instead spend a few minutes during onboarding to setup a system that removes all potential human error and time involved in future email marketing campaigns. It really is a necessary tool for any third-party email marketing campaigns. ### 6. I can create opt out pages quickly and place an opt out link on emails too. If get a manual request to opt out an email address, it's simple to do that as well. If you are needing anything to do with email suppression they are your go-to! Everyone that works for them is super professional and attentive. They will even go to the lengths of walking side by side to help you set up your email suppression. I have recommended multiple other businesses to them who would say just the same! Specifically thankful for Bobby & Ben. **What do you dislike about UnsubCentral?** I have to say the thing I dislike most about them is that they make me keep up and compliant with my Email suppression. Being a one-man-show for our affiliate program takes a lot of my attention. They are great at letting you know when something needs to be updated, or if, there is a compliance issue that needs to be dealt with. I guess you can tell how much I dislike them ;) **What problems is UnsubCentral solving and how is that benefiting you?** Unsubcentral is keeping us compliant with the current SMS & Email unsub requirements. Lawsuits are no fun and unsubcentral is like a brick wall covered in titanium preventing those :) Oh and also great for dispersing our unsub links to affiliates without having to manually set them up (SAVES SO MUCH TIME!). ### 10. For example, our company uses has offers and it is so easy to integrate between unsubcentral and tune/has offers. It makes it easy for our vendors/partners when we give them links to import and keeping everything secure within the email setting. **What do you dislike about UnsubCentral?** I can't troubleshoot on my own all the time. But that is my own lack of knowledge. Also, I wish there was an unsubcentral chat, to immediately troubleshoot vs. having to wait via email. **Recommendations to others considering UnsubCentral:** none at this time - figure out what you want to do first before diving into unusbcentral. **What problems is UnsubCentral solving and how is that benefiting you?** We recently solved a problem when adding sftp upload & our client had uploaded multiple files where the email was in different lines/ tabs. The benefit we realized is our Rep Ben is amazing and so happy to have him on board with us and when a client uploads something more difficult or not the standard it can still be resolved within the platform (unsubcentral). ### 15.
