To start off with, the team at UC offers excellent customer service, specifically Bobby and Ben. They are patient, knowledgable and always available to assist. They’ve assisted in ways that make your job easier. On a business note, they have helped us consolidate unsubscribe management across multiple platforms, they have assisted in ensuring that we meet email regulations, have automated the unsubscribe process, saving time and resources and heled in reducing bounce rates and improving sender reputation by removing invalid emails. Finally, they have shown a strong dedication to Data Security by protecting sensitive customer data with robust security measures.
