We are currently in the process of implementing Unimarket, and the experience has been fantastic. From the beginning, the Unimarket team has been incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and responsive to our needs. They have taken the time to understand our specific requirements and have worked closely with us to ensure a smooth transition.
The platform itself is user-friendly, and we’re already seeing the benefits of having a more streamlined procurement process. The ability to track orders in real time, provide better visibility into department spending, and take advantage of supplier discounts has been a game-changer.
Of course, implementation always comes with its challenges, but Unimarket’s team has been proactive in addressing any issues and providing solutions quickly. Their commitment to customer success is evident, and we’re excited to see the full impact once the system is fully live.
