Requires data scraping and Analytics is complicated to work with. Not always sure what module to use. University courses are generic, and not always helpful. If I need help with reports, the support always provides a quote to do the work, instead of help. **What problems is Unanet GovCon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Currently from an FP&A perspective, I've been required to scrape the data from Unanet to Excel to transform because Analytics is complicated to work with. The concept of Analytics is good, however, it's not always practical. I like to automate the reports which Analytics has the capability to do it. But it's trial and error on what modules to use; which takes up so much initial time. There is no help from Unanet support that can benefit users in Analytics. This is good for smaller companies that don't have a lot of IT support for software integrations and cross communication. **What do you dislike about Unanet GovCon?** Many of the modules have shortcomings that need refinement. The modules don't communicate all data between them, so there are constraints in the system. Customer support is ok until you are referred to the suggestions portal which is usually a deadend unless there are a lot of other customers with the same issues. Unanet is very user friendly. I have used many accounting systems through the years and Unanet, by far, exceeds any other accounting system out there I have used. Employees find the timekeeping and expense report modules easy to navigate. The reporting options give me information I need and the option to drill down within many of the reports, so the user is not having to run multiple reports.
