UMAI gives me full control of all reservations in one system. It’s easy to use, quick to set up, and flexible enough to match how our restaurant operates. Features like the tag system, table automation, timeline view, and guest database keep everything clear at a glance and make it simple to stay organised. Overall, it saves time, reduces human error, and helps the team handle busy services more smoothly. What do you dislike about UMAI?

We occasionally experience glitches and periods of system downtime. We also still have to manually record deposits and deduct them from the final bill, since the deposit information isn’t integrated with our POS system. This might be due to our own devices, or it could happen during peak hours when guests are trying to make reservations. I like UMAI because it's software friendly and user-friendly, with an easy-to-use website. I can set and update the system very quickly and easily, and it's efficient.
