
UMAI gives me full control of all reservations in one system. It’s easy to use, quick to set up, and flexible enough to match how our restaurant operates. Features like the tag system, table automation, timeline view, and guest database keep everything clear at a glance and make it simple to stay organised. We occasionally experience glitches and periods of system downtime. We also still have to manually record deposits and deduct them from the final bill, since the deposit information isn’t integrated with our POS system.
