What do you dislike about UMAI?

Honestly, there isn't much to complain about, though I have noticed that the system occasionally lags. This might be due to our own devices, or it could happen during peak hours when guests are trying to make reservations. What do you like best about UMAI?

I really appreciate UMAI for its ability to streamline and automate our restaurant's reservation funnel, which minimizes manual work and allows us to focus on important tasks. Having a single source of truth with its customer database enables us to make marketing decisions faster. I am impressed by the great software quality and the incredibly fast customer support responses. The reservation management feature is bulletproof, providing a full hands-off experience with reliable automation. Review management is another standout feature, helping to keep negative feedback private while promoting positive ones. The setup process was very simple too. What do you dislike about UMAI?

Certain niche features can sometimes feel barebones and I'd like to see them fully flesh it out rather than leaving 10% of a specific feature undone. On rare occasions, there will be a downtime in the system but that is quickly remedied by the support team's immediate action to assist and rectifying the system issue.
