uKnowva HRMS Pricing Overview

I find uKnowva HRMS very easy to use and cost-effective. Its intelligence boosts our overall HR efficiency significantly. I appreciate its flexibility because we've been able to create additional workflows on the system, which otherwise were managed over Excel or email. This has improved efficiency across the entire organization, not just for the HR team. It's advantageous having a simple, straightforward setup process. Maybe just the compliance piece. While payroll is completely done using the system, compliance is something which is still missing that why we're only in the system for that because it is actually dependent on the, you know, tax and government authorities to get that automated. I like the flexibility and AI integration in uKnowva HRMS. The flexibility allows me to configure modules and change labels of the field names according to my requirements. The AI helps me by generating JDs, reviewing candidates, and creating workflows, which saves me a lot of time. I feel more productive and efficient because many tasks are automated and integrated, making it work like a copilot for me. Post employee exit, I think some features I would want to get added, such as the entire alumni network, because most organizations today are interested in remaining engaged with their ex-employees. So that is something I think would add a lot of value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
