I like the flexibility and AI integration in uKnowva HRMS. The flexibility allows me to configure modules and change labels of the field names according to my requirements. The AI helps me by generating JDs, reviewing candidates, and creating workflows, which saves me a lot of time. I feel more productive and efficient because many tasks are automated and integrated, making it work like a copilot for me. Post employee exit, I think some features I would want to get added, such as the entire alumni network, because most organizations today are interested in remaining engaged with their ex-employees. So that is something I think would add a lot of value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best feature to me is the sophisticated analytics and reporting services of uKnowva. It also provides profound knowledge about attendance records, payroll records and the performance trends, thereby aiding in making data-driven HR decisions. The dashboards are clear, graphic and can be understood even by the non-technical users. I also like the flexibility of the reporting structure, and how I can create reports which are individualised and are based on various leadership requirements. We are using uknowva for ease to manage the employee records and it's vary easy of implementation with out system. Number of fetures available for manage the employee records such as Employee Salary, Profile, TDS, Groups , Team etc....
