From joining initial workshops to look at were improvements can be made to developing specific processes and maintaining them whilst they are live. Our developers have learnt a lot from Accelerate RPA as they have a varied skilled set which is nice to see as not all processes / systems are the same. The developers are friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help and impart their knowledge As Markerstudy is ever growing and changing we as employee's have learnt to adapt quite quickly so we've needed the same from Accelerate RPA and I can say they havent disappointed us. **What do you like best about AccelerateRPA?** Maintaining the relationship. Accelerate RPA are keen to make sure that we are getting the best experience from them and happy to discuss any issues we may be facing. **What do you dislike about AccelerateRPA?** Sometimes it is hard with a crossover of developers, just to get the new person up to speed and understand the processes with them being contracted for a short period but I must admit the developers we've had have picked things up very quickly. **Recommendations to others considering AccelerateRPA:** Utilise the knowledge available in Accelerate RPA as they have very willing and capable developers **What problems is AccelerateRPA solving and how is that benefiting you?** Accelerate RPA have helped our team understand what is required for automation and how we can support our business in moving automation forward ### 2.
