"Untrustworthy"

What do you like best about UENI?

As a start up, UENI was a cheap option. Thats about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UENI?

I have used UENI for the past three years. I have records of paid invoices along with matching bank records of all payments made in full. UENI lost my domain name to GoDaddy. I was unaware of my email and site not working until a customer reached out to me another way. This has caused people to believe my business is no longer operating, which in turn cost me money. UENI's excuse was that there was a "slight delay" on a payment. Again. I have records showing otherwise and how unreasonable the excuse is. I have requested contact info for their legal team and they have refused to provided it as of now. This company failed in its duty as a web manager/ host and has caused my business harm. My recommendation to the consumer looking for the services UENI provides is to move on to another option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Common features only available in highest priced plan"

What do you like best about UENI?

Easy to set up. Help is easily available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UENI?

Want a blog? $199. Want a subscribe button? Add $529 a year.

Lured by the "Unlimited Sales (with no commission or listing fees)"? Don't forget to add in the PayPal fees!

I thought it might be too good to be true. I wanted just a basic commercial (selling two books) and a blog to promote them with the ability to gather a following. I went from free to $199 to $199+$139 but the addition of a subscribe button would cost another $390.

Conclusion: when a company hides these important details until you're hooked they lose my trust. In the end, this is no bargain. Keep shopping Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UENI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Got started quickly to have a less-than-basic website. I don't spend much time building the site although the provided and un-tweakable themes are on the clunky side. Their blocky graphic layouts take up a lot of screen space and make getting to the information on the website more difficult. To get a truly basic, standard website with functional blog and basic e-commerce it will cost $199 set up and $529 a year. The devil is in the details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about UENI?

they do everything ... website domain to headlines to in detail pages and so on

its very ideal for small business or a startup for this service

The websites are all the same in structure, but distinctiveness lacks

support often gets delayed

although the information is all provided by the business owner .... to make a website often sensitive information is also asked like USPs of the business etc which is very important for small businesses Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple to set up and affordable for those with limited budget and time!"

What do you like best about UENI?

I loved that I just had to answer several questions about my social enterprise, pay and within a couple of days, you emailed me the link to my new and straightforward website.

Too many websites are too cluttered, and the purpose of this website offers a perfect landing page from social media posts/offers and allows customers to make easy contact with me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UENI solving and how is that benefiting you?

I needed a straightforward and affordable landing page for my potential customers clicking from my social media posts/offers. You provided this exceptionally quickly, and it did not need much input from me. Though I would have loved to create the website myself, I just do not have the time to do that. What do you like best about UENI?

How quick and easy the chat function works and how quickly they can come back to you compared to sending the team an email if you have and issue and for them to sort it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UENI?

The downside is that when you get sent an email to say your website is finished and you can edit it, you press the button to edit only for an error that your website is not finished yet, and you cannot edit it. Nor can you send a chat message if your site isn't finished; you have to send an email as the function to chat does not show up and is disabled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great website with good extras"
