**What do you like best about uCertify?**

I like all of the resources of the program.

**What do you dislike about uCertify?**

I dislike how it feels outdated. I use this software for A+ Certifications and things just aren't user friendly. Things are hard to maneuver or just simply not where they should be.

**Recommendations to others considering uCertify:**

Be very patient with uCertify. Send feedback as they do listen.

**What problems is uCertify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am not solving problems with uCertify but getting industry specific training in uCertify.
