**What do you like best about UBill?**

It is very easy to use and manage. Most of our users didn't require any sort of training to start using the CRM and payments processing feasility of U-Bill. A must have tool for Mid sized/large size businesses I must say. Implementation is very easy as well along with very efficient customer support team. We use it almost all the times.

**What do you dislike about UBill?**

The intergration capablities with other system could have been better

**What problems is UBill solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us to manage the leads and help to maintain billing in more strucutred manner. Any information we need for our past account can be retrieved almost instantly

**What do you like best about UBill?**

It is very easy to use and implement having versatility of features, very easy to integrate with other tools and great customer support. we are daily using it

Pricing model is a bit complex, can be improved

It helps us to automate the billing mechanism within our organisation and help us to limit the operational efforts
