TwinMind does a great job of quickly turning audio into accurate text without much cleanup needed. I like how it handles different speakers and doesn’t get tripped up by accents or slight background noise. The speed and ease of use are a big plus — I just upload the file and get my transcript back in no time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It’s not perfect with technical terms or industry-specific jargon, so sometimes I have to go in and make minor edits. Also, while the platform is easy to use, a few more customization options (like speaker labels or formatting presets) would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
