**What do you like best about TuringText CCM?**

As our customer base continued to grow, we also needed to ensure compliance with various regulations, which placed a significant operational burden on my team.
After using TuringText’s CCM, we were able to dramatically improve accuracy and speed, while easily and substantially increasing the volume of our customer communications.

**What do you dislike about TuringText CCM?**

The customer support team is also very responsive, so at this point, I don’t have any significant concerns.

**What problems is TuringText CCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned in my previous review, implementing TuringText’s system has enabled us to communicate with our customers both accurately and quickly.
As a result, the number of customer touchpoints has increased, leading to a significant overall impact on our operations.
