What do you like best about TurboBid?

There was nothing that I liked about the software because I was never able to get up to date pricing from my distributors. The customer service is horrible and was never able to fix this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TurboBid?

I purchased this software for almost $2400 Canadian and was never able to use it. The reason I purchased it was because I was told that I could get up to date pricing from any one of my distributors. My distributors were never able to provide me with a file to do this. Turbobid attempted to get it as well with no luck. So now I am out $2400 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TurboBid:

What problems is TurboBid solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has been about 10 months since I purchased the software and I am still dealing with them. They keep trying to get the file from my distributors, with no luck. They said this would be easy. The software is never used Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While we are always remiss to disagree with one of our customers, Kevin's statement is simply not true.

Kevin was informed of the following methods to update his material prices in TurboBid.

1) "Update Price by File". This is a price file supplied by vendors that is uploaded into TurboBid. The only data that is required is the material description, UPC #, Unit of Measure, and Vendor Price.

Kevin's issue is that his vendor simply refuses to take the time and effort that is needed to generate the file. Unfortunately, we cannot force them to do so.

There are many supply houses that do provide these files to their customers. The fact that Kevin's vendor is in Canada makes no difference since they use the same data as vendors in the US.

2) Trade Service. TraSer is a 3rd party application that interfaces with TurboBid. It is used to update vendor pricing in TurboBid.

If you contact Trade Service, they will confirm that the TraSer link in TurboBid works as it should in Canada.

Trade Service told us that the reason Kevin could not update vendor prices in TurboBid was that he canceled his TraSer subscription before his vendors were approved.

In these software billing and invoicing is easy to use. it is also used in commercial and industrial related problem. work order management is also present. customer support is excellent. ease of use. it gives always best advise to customer and also learning experience is excellent. in these formal proposal feature is good. feature are good. technical support is nice. it is easy to use. These software does not support customer database. electronics signature is not present. it does not track time system. learning curve is difficult to understand. it is enable to navigate easily. it is costly in price. it does not allow to save big project or multiple projects.
