I have had 7 domains with them for many years. They have made policy changes on their products with email and their support staff when called made it feel like you inconvenienced them. Even if your paying for a product and service, no real initiative to help out or resolve. It's like the company support staff just exists waiting for the doors to close. I asked to escalate the support issue, they won't. I own and operate a small business and the basics are very important to me - plain and simple, they just have to work. Now they don't, and supports answer is you have to figure it out on your own and everyone is too busy this aft to look at your issue, maybe tomorrow. Really guys? I am so disappointed. If this is the new business model? Good luck. I would recommend others like Network Solutions or GoDaddy that are more mainstream. You will get what you paid for. Those providers have it together.
