They have made policy changes on their products with email and their support staff when called made it feel like you inconvenienced them. Even if your paying for a product and service, no real initiative to help out or resolve. It's like the company support staff just exists waiting for the doors to close. I asked to escalate the support issue, they won't. I own and operate a small business and the basics are very important to me - plain and simple, they just have to work. Now they don't, and supports answer is you have to figure it out on your own and everyone is too busy this aft to look at your issue, maybe tomorrow. Really guys? I am so disappointed. If this is the new business model? Good luck. I would recommend others like Network Solutions or GoDaddy that are more mainstream. You will get what you paid for. Those providers have it together. **What problems is Tucows Domains solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have had progressive more issues with service and especially support. Benefits favor moving to other providers at this point. ### 2. When you hire a hosting company, you are looking for solutions. Seeing the reviews of others makes it even more trustworthy and easy to use. **What do you dislike about Tucows Domains?** There's nothing I'd change, I love seeing this website grow over the years. Been a long time user for many years and have never had any issues. Never would have thought the website would have grown into a domain host as well. From accounting software to screen protectors. They don't try to up-sell or use shady business tactics, unlike many other registrars. Their prices are always reasonable, and they frequently have sales. They are also very good at taking care of DNS issues. **What do you dislike about Tucows Domains?** There isn't much to dislike - managing domains and configuring DNS is never particularly fun, but Tucows does better than all other registrars. **Recommendations to others considering Tucows Domains:** Use Hover - it's their best subsidiary to use if you're looking for Domains and Email. **What problems is Tucows Domains solving and how is that benefiting you?** Purchasing domains and forwarding emails quickly and without any fuss ### 7.
