**What do you like best about TrustHall?**

The process has been adapted to best suit the requirements of the Business Stakeholders.  The team is great to deal with and has a lot of knowledge in how best to engineer business processes to suit the business need.

**What do you dislike about TrustHall?**

Meetings are remote, and there was no option to come together to do the initial design due to Covid restrictions.

**Recommendations to others considering TrustHall:**

Great system, easy to use.

**What problems is TrustHall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to track the whole contract lifecycle and the associated contract spend to date has been an enormous benefit.
