Truffle Reviews & Product Details

Truffle is the first AI-native operating system purpose-built for hospitality venues. Designed to power the way you order, prep, build, schedule, and more - so your restaurant, cafe, or bar runs more profitably. Most back-of-house software just records what already happened. Truffle does the work. A team of AI agents run your operation on autopilot, handling inventory procurement, food prep, waste monitoring, employee scheduling, invoice reconciliation, and more, while keeping a human in the loop for final sign-off. Your managers move from doing the admin to simply reviewing and approving. One platform for the entire back of house: Intelligence: Always-on machine learning models forecasts demand per menu item by day part and location, so you know exactly what to prep, what to order, and who to schedule before the rush hits. AI agent workflows act on those forecasts automatically, and a built-in copilot lets you ask any question or carry out any actions within the platform — update recipes, draft purchase orders, pull reports, and much more — through plain conversation. Inventory: A complete inventory system of record with AI-powered counts: point your phone, speak the counts, and let computer vision verify every item, turning hours of counting into minutes. Variance tracking surfaces exactly which items are bleeding margin, and live recipe costing keeps plate costs and margins accurate the moment a price moves. Labor: A scheduling system of record with an AI schedule builder that generates optimized schedules from demand forecasts, staff availability, labor laws, and your own rules and preferences — with compliance handled automatically. Includes shift management and geofenced timesheets. Finance: Real-time P&L, automated invoice reconciliation that captures and ingests any document and matches it to your POs and inventory with no manual data entry, plus expense and payroll automation. The Result: fewer hours lost to admin, elimination of stockouts, less food waste, lower labor overage, and a profit number you can actually move. So your team can focus on hospitality, not paperwork. Truffle works across multi-unit and single-unit groups, and is trusted by leading hospitality brands to run their back of house on autopilot.
