What do you like best about TrueSync Media?

I appreciate the top-notch customer support from trueSync Media. They definitely go above and beyond to make sure that the system is easy for us to use and update. They want to ensure we understand it and are using it to the best of our ability, so we can get the most out of the system. It's also great because it makes guests more aware of our different programming, providing them a better experience overall. The shared ad revenue aspect is a big help, as it motivates people in the field to take part in the system, providing additional revenue that aids the restaurants. What problems is TrueSync Media solving and how is that benefiting you?

TrueSync Media allows us control over what is on our televisions at every single restaurant and bar in our group. We were sick of "talking heads" or useless, boring content on our TV's and TrueSync allows us to CUSTOMIZE what is on our TV's! We can create promos for our brand, advertise our own brand, and so much more. It's SO customizable and the results have been incredible. For example. We've seen a high increase in sales based on items we're advertising on our own TV's! The TrueSync media team is so incredibly supportive as well, they are so quick to respond and lend a helping hand whenever you need them. What do you like best about TrueSync Media?

I find trueSync Media incredibly user-friendly when it comes to creating content to promote in-store. The service makes it easy to create content or have a team create it for you, which helps me promote specials and ads effectively. I also enjoy the ability to run creative ads, as they make my in-store experience cool and engaging, driving sales for specific items. trueSync Media's platform offers more ways to promote and is a valuable asset in keeping customers updated with news. Truesync delivers video content both in an atmospheric and eye drawing arena as well as digital display of our beer menu data. They also partner with us in delivering in restaurant marketing.
