What do you like best about Trucker Tools?

Tracking and visibility. It saves time from having to do a lot of check calls as well. For the most part, it's easy to use, however, the drivers that are not familiar with it tend to not understand very well and it's hard as the "middle man" to help them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trucker Tools?

IT support is slow and doesn't provide updates while working on issues. Our rep is vague at times and doesn't provide the info, just says to do it some other way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trucker Tools solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our reports aren't pulling accurate data. We also have another issue that doesn't even seem to be working on or acknowledged but some of the addresses aren't mapping correctly either. I'm unsure how they are solving it, but having correct information is not only the expectation but is the only beneift. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
