Its steady stream of price rises that peaked with demands for $350 per month for functions we do and don't need, all with vanishing support. I have one astonishingly long and painful email thread in particular with zero replies from Support and insane levels of dysfunction from 'leadership' there too. We had to leave but with the export function we paid scary sums for incomplete and misleading data, resullting in further significant losses. Overall, we would have been far better off with other software, or even Excel, or even paper compared to this nonsense. Very happily moved now to a new supplier and long overdue sanity, value and support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
