TRIKE has proven easy to use by our users. It is fresh and current. The other great thing is we can identify specific training for individuals, teams, roles or locations without burdening other employees with training that may not be applicable to them. We have reduced our video training time by 70% by util;izing TRIKE! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far they have been very accomodating with our needs. The only issue is we are one of a few to get in on the ground floor so we have helped identify some tech issues and functionality problems. To be expected wtih a startup and new system implementation. There is still limited functioality as the admin but things are changing rapidly and that should appear in the application fairly soon!
