There is nothing wrong to say about Trafft except the limitation of integrations.

I use mailerlite; at least, I'd love to see direct integration with it.

Minimal integrations are available. But you can overcome it by using zapier, which I don't like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has a great email set-up with preset ones that are all customizable and the ability to create your own. The dashboard makes access to everything quick and easy. It handles recurring appointments. It's easy to set up and organize the services. They do coupons. Their support team has been great at helping me get oriented from my old booking app to theirs. As a single-employee online business, I find the employee and business set up a bit more than I need, for example: setting up office hours and employee time slots. Until they have iCal integration set up, I needed to set up a workaround through google calendar, which will do for now. Lastly, I am still needing a workaround for one recurring event that happens on a set day and time each week. I'm told that is in process also Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a consultant, Trafft helped me save money by eliminating other booking platforms that did not have all the features I was looking for. With Trafft I can book one-time Zoom meetings (free and paid) and recurring Zoom meetings for retainer clients. What I love most about the platform is that it is white label. So I can create the experience I want for my prospects and brand the interface with my logo and brand colors. I also love that it integrates with Google Calendar to keep from double booking. Also, the feature to approve meeting requests is crucial if I can't make meetings last minute. And lastly, I love the analytics dashboard when you first log in, so you can see your KPIs right away and know how many appointments you booked, revenue, and occupancy rate. The only thing I don't like about Trafft is that for reoccurring meetings, I have to use another platform for invoicing month-to-month retainers. Trafft only requires payment for the first month's appointment or all appointments during a given period...which is not a big deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
