TradeGOAT Reviews & Product Details

TradeGOAT is the operating system for a trade business, built by a contractor who runs his own elevator company on it. It starts somewhere no other tool does: your existing paperwork. Upload the proposal you have been sending for years and TradeGOAT reads it — your scope language, your terms, your payment schedule — and turns it into a reusable template. Your format, your words, your logo. You do not rebuild your business inside someone else's system. The same goes for your numbers. Hand it the spreadsheet you price from and it reads the formulas, then proves itself against one of your own finished jobs to the cent before it is allowed to price anything. From there it runs the whole loop. Price the work with true costs in and one honest margin out. Send a proposal that renders as a real Word document and gets signed on site. Track every draw against the contract. Run the field from a phone — time clock, tickets, receipts, signatures on glass. And watch true job profit against your bid while the job is still running, with costs pulled from QuickBooks, so you can steer a job back to green instead of finding out at tax time. Pricing is flat per company inside your tier — add a tech, add office staff, add your spouse and your price does not move. Two things do move it, and we name both: outgrowing your tier's user count, and AI secretary seats. The AI secretary is the one per-person add-on, because she lives inside one real mailbox and carries exactly that person's reach.
