**What do you like best about Sign In Solutions?**

I like the HMI and Alerting features of Sign In Solutions. They allow me to have control over who is on my site, which is really important. Knowing who is signing in and out as it happens, gives me real-time information, which is crucial for managing the site. The system's ease of use for contractors is also a significant benefit, as it helps maintain the whole system efficiently. Additionally, I appreciate that I can know who is onsite and what company they are from, which helps with safety and tracking hours worked.

**What do you dislike about Sign In Solutions?**

I wish there was the ability to add alerts to specific people or companies when employees sign in. My IT team had to make some tweaks to make the system work properly, which implies it wasn't perfectly smooth out of the box.

**What problems is Sign In Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sign In Solutions for contractor control. It lets me know who is onsite and their company, helping with safety and tracking hours worked. Real-time sign-in info and ease of use for contractors are key benefits.

What I appreciate most about Sign In Solutions is its straightforward and efficient platform. One area that could be improved is the level of customization within certain features. While the platform is generally user-friendly, some workflows and settings feel a bit limited and could benefit from more flexibility. In addition, there are occasional slowdowns or delays in the interface during peak usage times, which can interrupt the check-in process. More detailed reporting options and smoother integration setup would also enhance the overall experience.

Before using the platform, tracking who was entering and leaving the building was time-consuming and inconsistent. The system now provides real-time visibility of all on-site visitors and employees, which greatly improves security and compliance.

It also eliminates manual check-in processes, reducing paperwork and minimizing errors. Automated notifications ensure that hosts are immediately alerted when their visitors arrive, saving time and improving communication. The interface at times can be a bit cumbersome, a bit more user friendly one would be great.

If you are looking for a robust program for guest tracking this is the one you should use.

The problems we are solving are we now have a guest list, not only of who is in-house but who have visited.  History of visitors easily accessed.

Simplicity and WYSIWYG.  The platform and the iPad apps are simple and are easy to learn with very little training.

**What do you dislike about Sign In Solutions?**

One element is that in order to see your design, you need an iPad while building the experience.  There is no way to preview in the browser.

**Recommendations to others considering Sign In Solutions:**

If you are looking for simple but complete visitor management system, Traction Guest is the right solution.  Not only is the product fantastic, the sales and support team are great!

**What problems is Sign In Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Faster ability to audit visits, CTPAT compliance and a great employee and visitor experience to access our sites.

I like the resources available through SIE Campus, plus the ability to chat with support and get any questions I ask answered. I really appreciated that Ana continued meeting with me, answered my questions and followed up with me via email as well.

I think initially, I struggled a little with the limited availability to speak with someone from support - there were no slots open for the same day. But that's a small matter, everything got resolved afterward anyway.

Sign In Solutions has the best tips and assistance within their platform, but also respond very quickly for any help requests that I submit.  I also have a regular touch base with my Rep!

The only thing I somewhat dislike is the complexity of creating the Experiences.

Accountability of who is on our site at all times and the ability to identify our guests with the picture badges.

The customer service so far has been excellent. I also really appreciate the Enterprise Campus. It's super helpful when I need a quick answer.

So far, nothing. The customer service is excellent, the user interface is easy, and I haven't had any issues.

**What do you like best about Sign In Solutions?**

The automation of the system is really critical and the reason we decided to go with TractionGuest.
Also the support is spot on, very attentive, accomodating, and also knowledgeable.

**What do you dislike about Sign In Solutions?**

No Copy and paste function in experience
No way to collect vaccine information before visit; Visitor needs to make the trip to then sometimes be rejected by criteria. 
No way for visitors to upload their vaccine card/drivers license; external scanner needs to be manned by staff
Visuals aren't as customizable as originally expected; Directors didn't like the spacing of the logo but there was nothing we could do

Registration Portal is kind of a disaster for me; I was told it was production ready so I told my Directors about it and started to implement it.
However, I realized that it didn't have nearly the same features as the iPad and it would sometimes and on an error page when editing and signing up.
I just don't like how it's both in development and in production. Sounds to me like it's testing at the customer's expense.
Anyway, we pulled the Registration portal from the user experience and are going only with the iPad.

No Copy and paste function in experience!!!
Seriously, this is the one thing that would prevent me from recommending this product.
You need to see the tractionGuest@actorsfund.org current user experience...it's nuts.
It gets difficult to even read the experience at a certain point.

**Recommendations to others considering Sign In Solutions:**

Setting this thing up perfectly to how you want it will be extremely time consuming but also rewarding.
I mean, what's better than a system that runs itself? Just be sure to understand the entire workflow from both perspectives as there are some limitations; especially from the registration portal's side.

My company is avoiding the Registration portal, but with that said...TractionGuest does a great job of making it easy to integrate everything on the kiosk portion. From Outlook add-in for invites, to AD integrations for host uploads, they are utilizing common technologies to make traction more seemless. It makes me hopeful for the changes and developments to come.

**What problems is Sign In Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User automation and email notification and the customization of the paths.
I would say productivity has definitely increased....everyone's except mine, hahaha.
It's really a great tool, but it needs to incorporate copy and paste in the experience.

Our Dynamic Registration Portal does provide options for collecting Vaccine information ahead of a person's visit along with the feature to either capture or upload photos. This is used by other customers who require a photo of an individual's photo-Id or even a vaccination card ahead of their visit.

The customer support of the app is the best. We have bi-weekly meetings with the Traction Guest customer support folks to address any issues/new features we need. The post-launch support team is also very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Sign In Solutions?**

Most parts of the templates are hard coded. We hope to custom more details to fit our company's needs.

**What problems is Sign In Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Traction guest makes managing visitors and deliveries easier. Employees can easily organize events and invite guests through email or the Traction Guest platform. Guests can pre-register and sign all the required documents before arrival. It's also perfect for companies with global offices since the registration/sign-in experiences and email templates can be tailored to fit different countries' needs.

**What do you like best about Sign In Solutions?**

TG has a very simple management platform that allows anyone with practically no computer knowledge to get this up and running.
I've done my due diligence and can say that in comparison to other USA and CAN companies, TG has the advantage when it comes to several factors.
They have the most competitive prices in the industry.
Their solution offers tons of features and functionalities that come with the standard package and a lot more if you upgrade to the higher tiers of subscription levels.
Our company's data is not shared or saved in the USA, which is a must for us, a Canada-based company. Their office is based in British Columbia and our data server is located in Canada which is regulated under Canadian privacy law.
They provide 24/7 great online support. I don't like spending time on the phone, if I have the option to chat with a rep, I'll 100% take that option.

2022-04-13 Update: They have finally integrated the Teams notification and it does wonders! Everybody is on Teams, so it was a must feature to have and now that is online, I couldn't be more satisfied.

**What do you dislike about Sign In Solutions?**

I do not have much to say in this section. All of my needs are currently covered. They offer you the tools and give you access to their wiki which is great, perhaps an included personal customer manager would've been great.
The downside would be not having a human welcoming our visitor with a smile.

**Recommendations to others considering Sign In Solutions:**

Don't hesitate, I've done the research and as I mentioned previously if you are based in Canada you want to work with TG.

2022-04-13 Update: After several months of use, I can honestly say that I am really satisfied with my choice. This solution is a click and forget solution. All employees like having the notifications pop up in their Teams, Outlook and on their cellphone.

**What problems is Sign In Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because of the current situation with this pandemic, we had to let go few resources and the receptionist was one of them.
To cover part of her responsibilities we had to come up with a solution that allowed management of the visitors. TG helped us with exactly that. I can't say yet that this solution will be the long term solution to that specific need as most of our meetings are done online, but it's definitely looking good.

For companies that are interested, our highest tier, Traction Guest Complete, does come with a personal CSM and the option for a separate data instance. 

Still, there are many benefits to be reaped from the variety of other functionalities that are available on other tiers, and we are thrilled to hear that our options for data residency and the simplicity of our software for all levels of tech savviness have been helpful for your company. 

And while we do enable the automation of many aspects of visitor management so that people in your company can dedicate their time and efforts to other things, perhaps a theme background photo on the iPad app with one or a few staff members smiling and laughing might not be a bad idea!
