**What do you like best about TRACKUM Repair Manager?**

The old school automative paper recorded orders presentation and carfax vin decoder, email and text invoice reminder communication that's provided and complete repair history

**What do you dislike about TRACKUM Repair Manager?**

That softwares like this did not exist for my grandfathers tenure for his company. There's nothing that can be improved at the moment but we are always facing challenges

**What problems is TRACKUM Repair Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some problems I was having was having a platform to record inventory, sales tax reports and scheduling for all my clients. The business has increased with its 24/7 tech support
