Tracksmart Timeclock is so easy to use, understand and implement with my employees. What a great program for my small business. I have even checked out their other programs by going to www.hrdirectapps.com. There I can see they have other programs for my small business like Attendance Calendar, Time Off Request, I-9 & W-4, Schedule Publisher, Harassment Training, Safety Training, Progressive Discipline, Company Policies, Applicant Tracking, & Job Application. All of these apps seem so easy to use because I requested a free trial by sending an email to support@hrdirectapps.zendesk.com **What do you dislike about TrackSmart TimeClock?** At this time I can't really think of anything bad to say about this program. It's a terrific program and my employees absolutely love it because they don't have to wait in line at the time clock anymore...they can just clock in from their phone as soon as they arrive to work. It's a win, win for our company! **What problems is TrackSmart TimeClock solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem that I am solving with Tracksmart Timeclock is being able to know when my employees are clocked in and when they are not. Also being able to run reports for a time period helps as well. Great product! ### 2. It makes it easier for people working in the professional services sector for sure, although time tracking is never anyone's favorite part of their work week. **What do you dislike about TrackSmart TimeClock?** Pulling up timers and assigning them to the right spot isn't always super easy, intuitive or easy to teach in terms of resources available as well as establishing processes in place when onboarding new users. **What problems is TrackSmart TimeClock solving and how is that benefiting you?** Benefit are that less time is lost overall and it makes it easier to run payroll and bill our clients down the line. Invoicing as a process is likely more accurate now as well and we can have everything captured. ### 4.
