Unlike generic property management software, TrackMyPG is purpose-built for the Indian PG rental model. It handles shared room configurations, monthly billing cycles, high tenant turnover, and UPI-based rent collection natively — making it a practical fit for real-world PG operations. Property managers use TrackMyPG to collect rent digitally via UPI, cards, and net banking through Razorpay, automate invoice generation every month, send payment reminders via email and SMS, track occupancy in real time, manage tenant KYC documents, and generate financial reports across one or multiple properties. TrackMyPG is used by 140+ PG owners across India and has facilitated over 2 crore rupees in verified rent collection. **What do you like best about TrackMyPG?**

TrackMyPG makes it very easy to manage tenants, rent collection, and day-to-day PG operations in one place. The Razorpay integration is very helpful as it allows tenants to pay online via UPI and cards, and the direct owner settlement feature saves a lot of manual work.

The dashboard gives a clear view of occupancy, payments, and pending dues, which helps in better decision-making. Overall, it simplifies operations and reduces manual effort significantly.

**What do you dislike about TrackMyPG?**

Some advanced features are still in beta and can be improved further. The platform is continuously evolving, so there are occasional minor improvements needed in UI and reporting.

Also, mobile experience can be enhanced for smoother usage on smaller screens.

**What problems is TrackMyPG solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TrackMyPG helps solve major problems around managing PG operations manually. Earlier, handling tenant records, rent collection, and occupancy tracking was time-consuming and prone to errors.

With TrackMyPG, everything is centralized in one dashboard. Tenant management, room and bed allocation, and rent tracking become much more organized and efficient. The Razorpay integration is especially helpful as it enables online rent collection via UPI and cards, reducing delays and manual follow-ups.

It also improves financial visibility by providing clear insights into payments, pending dues, and overall revenue. This makes it easier to manage multiple properties and scale operations without increasing workload.
