TrackMyPG is a cloud-based PG management software and hostel management system designed for PG owners, hostel operators, co-living managers, and rental property businesses in India. The platform centralizes and automates the most time-consuming aspects of running a paying guest accommodation — including tenant onboarding, monthly rent invoicing, online payment collection, security deposit tracking, room and bed management, and multi-property reporting. Unlike generic property management software, TrackMyPG is purpose-built for the Indian PG rental model. It handles shared room configurations, monthly billing cycles, high tenant turnover, and UPI-based rent collection natively — making it a practical fit for real-world PG operations. Property managers use TrackMyPG to collect rent digitally via UPI, cards, and net banking through Razorpay, automate invoice generation every month, send payment reminders via email and SMS, track occupancy in real time, manage tenant KYC documents, and generate financial reports across one or multiple properties. TrackMyPG is used by 140+ PG owners across India and has facilitated over 2 crore rupees in verified rent collection. It is developed by BuildsInfinity Technologies, headquartered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Plans start at 299 rupees per month. A 7-day free trial is available with activation at just 1 rupee via Razorpay.
