Once connected, we can configure the tool to fit my processes. I don't not feel limited with the out-of-the box functionality of our large enterprise software tools since I can augment them with Tonkean. I have a great relationship with the team I work with at Tonkean. Their deep knowledge of the tool, the tools we integrate with, and the industry in general allows me to trust them and grow my tech knowledge. **What do you dislike about Tonkean?** For each connection to enterprise tools I need, I must reintroduce Tonkean to my IT team, explain the use case, and share the security environment. **What problems is Tonkean solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rather than buying an expensive and complicated OCR tool, we created a Tonkean workflow to identify new documents and use Google OCR to read them. This allows us to search on the contents of the documents rather than just the filename. We've even designed apps so our floor personnel can quickly log an submit their records and other documentation. The journey started with them (Tonkean) calling themselves an orchestration tool, but it's more than that. It helped me and my team deliver solutions with no-code or most minor code implementations. Most of the automation part is taken care of by Tonkean. Tool's ability to connect with multiple DBs (including MySQL, Firebase, etc.), numerous ticketing tools(SNOW, JIRA, etc.), various inbuilt features which allow you to provide available UI, Upload Forms through the tools puts it among the top tools of this generation. The second best part is the support team which is entirely available to resolve our issues and take up new enhancements aggressively and get those developed asap for us. Human-in-the-loop automation is a crucial feature for us in the regulated industry in which we participate. Tonkean's focus on this as such a foundational part of their identity is excellent. The time to market has also enabled faster delivery of new products/services to market which under COVID has been tremendous. The real power here, I think, is the clear enablement of citizen developed automations. **What do you dislike about Tonkean?** There are some rough edges on enterprise-scale capabilities which have been getting smoother over time but still aren't quite there yet. Custom integrations having a systemic issue outside Tonkean remain an issue at scale. Ten thousand failures in rapid sequence would be a significant effort even today. I was able to convinently take in information from various sources and programs and disseminate to stakeholders as needed to reduce internal project noise. **What do you dislike about Tonkean?** Nothing comes to mind; I was able to do everything I wanted to do. **What problems is Tonkean solving and how is that benefiting you?** I worked with a nonprofit that had to automate their project lifecycle with many different stakeholders, programs, donors, sponsors, volunteers, program leads, project leads, points of contact and Tonkean was able to handle all the moving parts with a simple GUI. ### 28. It's also great for pulling data from my other business apps in to one interface. **What do you dislike about Tonkean?** It could use a bit more visualization. I'd like to be able to see trends that way.
