**What do you like best about Tixly?**

We recently switched to Tixly after finding that our previous platform no longer met our needs. The Tixly team has been outstanding, helping us transition smoothly and providing prompt support every step of the way. They even visited our venue in person during the first two days of our launch, which made a big difference. Tixly has truly simplified our entire box office and booking workflow, from initial set-up to scanning customers' tickets on event nights—the whole process is now hassle-free. The bulk editing feature to be a real game changer!

**What do you dislike about Tixly?**

It would be helpful to have the option to include custom wording to personalise the descriptions of certain events. It can be a  bit frustrating to be limited to using terms such as 'Package' or 'Subscription' when what I am actually offering is a 'Term' of Pottery classes.

**What problems is Tixly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlined set-up process.
Sped up Box Office transaction time.
Improved reporting.
Improved checking tickets for FOH staff.
Reduced environmental impact by reducing amount of printed tickets.

**What do you like best about Tixly?**

The support from the tixly team is truly exceptional. They respond promptly, address every question thoroughly, offer helpful solutions, and are always open to suggestions for improvement. On top of that, they are a pleasure to work with.

The system itself is highly intuitive and straightforward, making it easy to navigate. With the various user-level settings, it’s simple to prevent mistakes and unauthorized access.

The backend design is also very user-friendly, which makes working with tixly genuinely enjoyable. As a result, not only are our customers and audiences pleased with features like the ability to rebook tickets independently, but everyone on our team enjoys using the system as well.

Updates are always communicated and explained clearly. One feature I particularly appreciate is the support page, which allows us to access information and explore the system on our own. Everything configured in the backend can be reviewed at any time and, if needed, reversed.

Overall, ticketing has become much simpler, and it’s clear that both buyers and sellers benefit from the ease of use that tixly provides.

**What do you dislike about Tixly?**

Having used tixly since June, I honestly can't find anything negative to mention at this point. I'm looking forward to seeing what new features and improvements will be introduced in the future.

**What problems is Tixly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exceptional user experience, supporting the idea of bringing people closer to culture without any issues when purchasing tickets. Using the system is enjoyable and engaging, as I keep discovering new features and considering how they will assist us in selling our tickets.

**What do you like best about Tixly?**

By changing to Tixly, we've gained a thorough ownership of our ticketing both as a process and as a service.  We feel that we're much more on top of things now, as we're handling the ticketing ourselves instead of outsourcing the service. With Tixly, we can make all sorts of edits and adjustments ourselves quickly and efficiently. The online experience for our customers has risen to the next level, and we're now able to offer features and services that were impossible in the pre-Tixly era.

**What do you dislike about Tixly?**

With the greater power and ownership also comes a bigger responsibility. Changing to Tixly, after years of outsourced ticketing service, has made us 100% responsible of our ticketing towards our customers. That is not something we dislike really, but something to consider. There is no chance of "hiding" behind the partner, if and when something goes wrong. Overall, Tixly has been working super well, but we have had some technical difficulties, especially after system updates. Guess you can not have an IT system with zero technical issues, can you? We wish more information about the updates upfront, instead of technical issues catching us off-guard. We're also looking forward to some improvements in the back-office side of the system, like the reports, for example.

**What problems is Tixly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now are able to modify almost every part of the ticketing service ourselves, as we see necessary. That way we can provide our customers the best service. After changing to Tixly, the percentage of online customers has risen significantly, which is a result of the more user-friendly online experience Tixly is providing. That has helped especially the busiest days in the year, when less people are queing at the physical box office. Also the pricing format of the tickets is now much more transparent to our customers, which elevates the customer experience.

**What do you like best about Tixly?**

We have known for some time that we had to change our ticket system. We have posponed it because we imagined there would be so much work, so much things that woudnt work after the change and a bit of chaos amongst our allreaddy trustet ticketbyers.
But, all our worries was so wasted. 
Everything felt like a smooth ride. Yes, we had to learn ourself a lot of new things, but is that so bad really?

And, our customers just continued to buy tickets. Almost without any questions.

**What do you dislike about Tixly?**

I wish the app could show where the ticket are sold in the arena. And, that the app could remember me when I log into it.

**What problems is Tixly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can trust that the system works, that makes our workday easier.

Customisable to our companies needs. Easy to set up events and adapt to changes in a season on the fly. The fact that I can take care of most things myself is great. 
The customer service has also been very good and most issues have been figured out quickly and without easily. 
Learning to use the software was very easy and quick.

Some very minor rough patches in rebooking systems.

Providing us with an easy online ticket sales platform at an affordable price, while giving us the freedom to design the shop however we would like.

**What do you like best about Tixly?**

Compared to other ticketing providers, Tixly stands out for its remarkable ease of use. At our venue, we schedule approximately 1,800 productions annually, spanning a wide range of genres, each with unique ticketing needs. We require a system capable of managing this level of diversity, and Tixly consistently delivers. Additionally, we value their local client support available in every country where they operate, as it greatly simplifies communication.

**What do you dislike about Tixly?**

Tixly is a robust and stable system that provides equal benefits to all clients, as new features are introduced universally instead of through individual customizations. This approach guarantees consistency and reliability throughout the platform. However, the downside is that it can take more time for specific or unique needs to be addressed within the system.

Additionally, Tixly includes a number of hidden features and shortcut keys that can be extremely useful. These, however, often require some training and practical experience to uncover and use effectively.

**What problems is Tixly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The online customer flow is both user-friendly and intuitive, making it easier for us to sell more tickets. Additionally, it boosts the efficiency of our box office staff by reducing the time needed to complete tasks.

**What do you like best about Tixly?**

The best I like with Tixly are support-people! I have been using Tixly daily for the past 5 years and have always got good help, tips and advice from Tixly support. One doesn`t wait long to get the answer when one rings support. They are very professional, friendly and service minded. Usually the answer or guidance would be given on the spot and I could get back to work.
 If there were no immediate  solutions to the issues , support came back with a solution very soon. I never experianced frustration with Tixly. On the contrary I give my best recommendation!

**What do you dislike about Tixly?**

I really had to think hard about that as I could`t find anything to put my finger on. Finally, I came to one thing which was challenging at times. The institution I work for is a part of a municipality administration and Tixly-support could not use Team Viewer on our machines. We had to always had to have one person from our IT-support doing it together with Tixly support.  This, of course, is not Tixlys problem.

**What problems is Tixly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating different subsciptions solutions for exempel. In that way are we giving rather rich variation of possibilities for our customers. This has been really helpful for reaching diferent needs and interests with the audience.

Futhermore, during the Covid period,  have we got prompt answers to our needs, specially when it came to ticket refund or creating  social distance  on our vanues.

**What do you like best about Tixly?**

It is easy to get an overview of the events as well as creating, changing and maintaining the events.
It works well with Yesplan which we have linked as well as with the Peppered platform where we have our website.

**What do you dislike about Tixly?**

I don't really have a lot I dislike about it. Sometimes I think I have to use a little to many clicks to get to the data I need or to change a couple of things in an event or production. It's really a  minor thing though and maybe it's because I'm still kind of new to the platform.

**What problems is Tixly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tixly is helping us with keeping tracks on our ticket sales as well as events. We can easily adjust the number of tickets for sale and block tickets for the organizers or the artists and make sure eveything in the ticket sale process is as it should be. With the easy overview on ticket sales it makes it easy to know what events to focus on when doing campaigns.

**What do you like best about Tixly?**

What I like best about Tixly is how quick Tixly have been to develop. Most of its features are very easy to understand, but whenever I have gottten stuck I have always received good help.

**What do you dislike about Tixly?**

It is annoying that the login on the app is not remembered. I also think the app is too limited. Would have liked to hav reports there for previous events as well. I think products still have some way to go, but a lot got better in the last update. An official Wordpress plugin would have been great.

**What problems is Tixly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spotting trends in sales on certain events or a group of events. Also setting up events is super easy and fast. Refunds has been difficult with other systems, with tixly it is a breeze.

**What do you like best about Tixly?**

Tixly is simple to use, innuitive and have a great support staff! The staff at Tixly are sollution-oriented and take our needs seriously. They hav an online solution which suits us fine!

**What do you dislike about Tixly?**

The system for product sale have a lot of potential . We wish Tixly would decide to use more effort in devoloping that part of the system. We save a lot of time, makes our customers happier (fewer long lines before the bars) and earn more mone if the customers buy snacks, drinks and make table reservations in the ticket process. Today the product sales works, but the reports and system is not very userfriendly or efficient. There are also a lot of details which could be made more innuitive and give us more opportunities to offer the best experience for our customers. 

Ther system for the reports could be more flexible. Maby more possibilities to generate our own reports instead of having to choose premade/fixed reports.

We use Tixly for : 
Selling Tixets.
Selling giftcards.
Selling products - table reservation, snacks and beverages.
All economics in regards to ticket sales. 
Analyzing sales and customer behaviour.
Sending sms to custmores in advance of each event with ticket link and as a reminder of the schedule and the opportunity to buy snacks & beverages in advance.
Register events.
Marketing our events.
The events in Tixly are syncronised with our website so there is only one place we need to register the eventinformation.

**What do you like best about Tixly?**

The tool provides us with important data, is both easy to use and still very advanced. Tixly gives us the strength to easily monitor and administrate our ticketing sales. Even though it is advanced, all parts of our organisation can use Tixly without the need to undergo a week-long course. Tixly is very quick doing changes when needed.

**What do you dislike about Tixly?**

The reporting tool is very handy, but still a bit complicated and could possibly be added with some more easiness. And I'm sure that Tixly is already working on it.

Selling tickets and administrate the ticket sale. Tixly solves the integration with our website at ease, making it much easier for us to always keep our website up to date.

**What do you like best about Tixly?**

Tixly is the highly functional, intuitive and advanced ticketing platform, that we require as one of the largest venues in northern Europe. Tixlys support staff are extremely professional in their problemsolving manner, and are always adhering to our wishes and development suggestions. I cannot imagine a better parter for our business.

**What do you dislike about Tixly?**

Nothing really comes to mind, maybe loading times when proccessing extreme amounts of data at once. This is not something, I encounter every day, probably not even weekly.

**What problems is Tixly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pretty much everything from simple ticket transactions to permissions for both us and our customers, sales reports for us and customers and on-the-go sales statuses for us and customers via. their app.

**What do you like best about Tixly?**

The system is logical, modern and easy to use. Basic use is also quick to teach to a new user. Sales tracking is smooth and the sales report is nice to follow.

**What do you dislike about Tixly?**

There are some bugs in the system from time to time and some of them are slow to fix. For example the Finnish translations are not quite right yet.

**What problems is Tixly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our theatre can quickly start selling tickets when we can build event sales into the system ourselves. That makes us more productive. We can also sell tickets quickly through the online shop.

Great peopple who are super helpful and understands our needs. Comming up with great ideas to solve challenges. They also have great API's who let us integrate wit our planning tools.

**What do you dislike about Tixly?**

There's not much to say. There's a few small things I wish I could do with the API, but that's very specific for our needs, and not something many else would think of or need..

Information flow between planning tools and ticketing software trough API's. Less work and less mistakes.

Tixly made us work more efficient than our previous ticketing system, and saves us a lot of time in the daily work. The support is very good too.

An easier interface for creating mail messages to the customers would be nice.

Tixly make us spend less time on the daily work with selling tickets to our concerts and shows. The open API also makes it easy to integrate and connect to other systems, such as website and newsletter solutions.

Tixly is constant developing their system and following the needs of the users. They also review themselves and make changes if necessary. The system is userfriendly.

**What do you dislike about Tixly?**

The system is used in many countries and because of that some of our wishes are not possible. It would be nice if there where more possibility's in the use of products and the reporting tools

The online system of selling tickets is improved a lot. It is a very stable system.

The dynamic way the system evolves. The platform it was built on making it very fast and responsive. The ability to use it in any browser on any device. The fact you can give anyone the amount of acces you would want.

**What do you dislike about Tixly?**

Heavily focused on the client - it can be arduous to make an order with many different events or subscriptions.

**What problems is Tixly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not applicable as there are currently no major problems. Maybe cleaning up the CRM database with the merge tool.

It is an intuitive system. It fulfills the function of ticketing system without being complicated and boring. It is user-friendly and easy to learn. 
The support staff is helpful and kind :) even if you make stupid misstakes.

Not everyone works the same and it can be a downside when certain list change to benefit someone else.

Tixly is a userfriendly system with a lot of tools to make a ticketsale easier, both for the ticketbuyer and the systemuser.

Tixly is adapted to suit many users, which means that adaptations for an individual arena cannot always be made.
