What do you like best about Tixly?

We recently switched to Tixly after finding that our previous platform no longer met our needs. The Tixly team has been outstanding, helping us transition smoothly and providing prompt support every step of the way. They even visited our venue in person during the first two days of our launch, which made a big difference. Tixly has truly simplified our entire box office and booking workflow, from initial set-up to scanning customers' tickets on event nights—the whole process is now hassle-free. What do you dislike about Tixly?

It would be helpful to have the option to include custom wording to personalise the descriptions of certain events. It can be a bit frustrating to be limited to using terms such as 'Package' or 'Subscription' when what I am actually offering is a 'Term' of Pottery classes. What do you like best about Tixly?

The support from the tixly team is truly exceptional. They respond promptly, address every question thoroughly, offer helpful solutions, and are always open to suggestions for improvement. On top of that, they are a pleasure to work with.

The system itself is highly intuitive and straightforward, making it easy to navigate. With the various user-level settings, it’s simple to prevent mistakes and unauthorized access.

The backend design is also very user-friendly, which makes working with tixly genuinely enjoyable. As a result, not only are our customers and audiences pleased with features like the ability to rebook tickets independently, but everyone on our team enjoys using the system as well.

Updates are always communicated and explained clearly. One feature I particularly appreciate is the support page, which allows us to access information and explore the system on our own. Everything configured in the backend can be reviewed at any time and, if needed, reversed.

Overall, ticketing has become much simpler, and it’s clear that both buyers and sellers benefit from the ease of use that tixly provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tixly?

What do you like best about Tixly?

By changing to Tixly, we've gained a thorough ownership of our ticketing both as a process and as a service. We feel that we're much more on top of things now, as we're handling the ticketing ourselves instead of outsourcing the service. With Tixly, we can make all sorts of edits and adjustments ourselves quickly and efficiently. The online experience for our customers has risen to the next level, and we're now able to offer features and services that were impossible in the pre-Tixly era. What do you dislike about Tixly?

With the greater power and ownership also comes a bigger responsibility. Changing to Tixly, after years of outsourced ticketing service, has made us 100% responsible of our ticketing towards our customers. That is not something we dislike really, but something to consider. There is no chance of "hiding" behind the partner, if and when something goes wrong. Overall, Tixly has been working super well, but we have had some technical difficulties, especially after system updates. Guess you can not have an IT system with zero technical issues, can you? We wish more information about the updates upfront, instead of technical issues catching us off-guard. We're also looking forward to some improvements in the back-office side of the system, like the reports, for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tixly?

We have known for some time that we had to change our ticket system. We have posponed it because we imagined there would be so much work, so much things that woudnt work after the change and a bit of chaos amongst our allreaddy trustet ticketbyers.

But, all our worries was so wasted.

Everything felt like a smooth ride. Yes, we had to learn ourself a lot of new things, but is that so bad really?

Customisable to our companies needs. Easy to set up events and adapt to changes in a season on the fly. The fact that I can take care of most things myself is great.

The customer service has also been very good and most issues have been figured out quickly and without easily.

What do you dislike about Tixly?

Tixly is a robust and stable system that provides equal benefits to all clients, as new features are introduced universally instead of through individual customizations. This approach guarantees consistency and reliability throughout the platform. However, the downside is that it can take more time for specific or unique needs to be addressed within the system.

What do you like best about Tixly?

The best I like with Tixly are support-people! I have been using Tixly daily for the past 5 years and have always got good help, tips and advice from Tixly support. One doesn`t wait long to get the answer when one rings support. They are very professional, friendly and service minded. Usually the answer or guidance would be given on the spot and I could get back to work.

If there were no immediate solutions to the issues , support came back with a solution very soon. I never experianced frustration with Tixly. On the contrary I give my best recommendation! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tixly?

I really had to think hard about that as I could`t find anything to put my finger on. Finally, I came to one thing which was challenging at times. The institution I work for is a part of a municipality administration and Tixly-support could not use Team Viewer on our machines. We had to always had to have one person from our IT-support doing it together with Tixly support. This, of course, is not Tixlys problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tixly?

It is easy to get an overview of the events as well as creating, changing and maintaining the events.

What do you dislike about Tixly?

I don't really have a lot I dislike about it. Sometimes I think I have to use a little to many clicks to get to the data I need or to change a couple of things in an event or production. What I like best about Tixly is how quick Tixly have been to develop. Most of its features are very easy to understand, but whenever I have gottten stuck I have always received good help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is annoying that the login on the app is not remembered. I also think the app is too limited. Would have liked to hav reports there for previous events as well. What do you like best about Tixly?

Tixly is simple to use, innuitive and have a great support staff! The staff at Tixly are sollution-oriented and take our needs seriously. They hav an online solution which suits us fine! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tixly?

The system for product sale have a lot of potential . We wish Tixly would decide to use more effort in devoloping that part of the system. We save a lot of time, makes our customers happier (fewer long lines before the bars) and earn more mone if the customers buy snacks, drinks and make table reservations in the ticket process. Today the product sales works, but the reports and system is not very userfriendly or efficient. There are also a lot of details which could be made more innuitive and give us more opportunities to offer the best experience for our customers.

Ther system for the reports could be more flexible. Maby more possibilities to generate our own reports instead of having to choose premade/fixed reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
