**What do you like best about TimeTrack?**

It is a very helpful and accurate tool for measuring the productivity of agents.

**What do you dislike about TimeTrack?**

It should be possible to gather data from it through Zendesk Explore.

**What problems is TimeTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to differentiate one-touch tickets from tickets that demand more attention. Eventually, helping the management to calculate productivity and the number of agents necessary for the operation.

**What do you like best about TimeTrack?**

It's very easy to set up and submit hours.

**What do you dislike about TimeTrack?**

You need approval to edit a time sheet after submission, possibly even needing to cancel submitted time sheets and start over again

**Recommendations to others considering TimeTrack:**

Seems to be  very straightforward, easy to use time tracking software. Easy to access from home or on the go.

**What problems is TimeTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**
