what I like best about TImeline FX is that you can build particle effects for games and other applications that are compatible. there are even static GFX and if you want something already animated, they have that also. Overall its a great program to use and I plan on getting better at it when I have time to truly go thru the menus but also love the library of effects it has, it is honestly one of the best 2d programs I used in a long time. what I don't like about Timeline FX is that I think its too slow. The library of default effects is a pretty good library and a great starting point to create yours own. This is the best 2D FX maker I have ever tried it. Great flexibility and customization of effects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They need to improve the hiearchy and organization of effects. Some crashes and bugs are not fixed. And the updates should be more frequent. Another negative point is the lack of good documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
