**What do you like best about Nudge?**

I can directly communicate with customers and send Payment Reminders and Bill Notifications using Texts or via email. It has also enhanced our on-time payments as we adjust to the clients’ financial flexibility.

**What do you dislike about Nudge?**

Customizing the form and content of the messages sent can be looked at to be rather limited. Thus, furthering the customer engagement, expertise in sending customized messages based on customer data could also help.

**What problems is Nudge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The use of Nudge has helped to improve on our bill presentment and payment collection. Real-time communication features allow customers to receive timely reminders; therefore, the likelihood of late payments is low.
