**What do you like best about TicketWeb?**

Ticketweb is a trusted source to get event tickets. They work with first parties to ensure availability, and the breadth of venues they have is great.

**What do you dislike about TicketWeb?**

The website could possibly do with an update, im not sure it's changed in the time i've been using it, which could stop a few people trusting it on first glance.

**What problems is TicketWeb solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a consumer, being able to know a trusted source for my event tickets is really good. As someone who used to put on events, the management software was second to none too.
