Ticket 9 has been a valuable partner in helping organizers to expand the event reach and connect with the target audience through events.
Smooth interface and prompt delivery.

**What do you dislike about Ticket 9?**

They offer technical support via chat and email only, it would be very great if they offer support via call, This was the negative point as of me. . Rest all areas are good when compares with other players. .

One of the challenges we face during events is effectively managing the check-in process, particularly when dealing with a large number of attendees. Ticket 9 developed a robust QR-based check-in validation system.

By having the QR-based check-in system, they simplified and streamlined the entry process for event organizers. Attendees can simply present their QR codes, either printed or on their mobile devices, at the entry points. the system quickly and accurately verifies the validity of the QR codes, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in experience for both organizers and attendees.
