With Walmart's access to media and targeting, it will likely be a good solution. **What do you dislike about Thunder Experience Cloud?** Now is not a good time to start doing business with Thunder. With the acquisition by Walmart, the traditional product offering Thunder had will not likely survive 2021. **What problems is Thunder Experience Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Thunder helps create lots of variations of ads for various reasons. If you need dynamic ads or lots of ads, Thunder has tools for that kind of creative scale. ### 2. Coming in from using photoshop previously for digital advertising at a former company, I was in awe of the simple and detailed process of a thunder ad creation. Is is great for pulling information and the ad creative is expanding to more options. Their customer service is also TOP notch. They are quick, helpful and usually very easy to deal with, and are actual HUMANS, you know you are dealing with a person not an automated process, and they are friendly and natural compared to those reps that you deal with that are very script-like. **What do you dislike about Thunder Experience Cloud?** There are a few glitches in Thunder I have experienced. From the reporting to high spikes in audience targeting in last days of campaign. They process of converting your ads to customizable tend to be a little complex when you customize something the program is not ready for and an run into glitches from time to time which is normal. Their reporting could be a little more customizable as well. **Recommendations to others considering Thunder Experience Cloud:** Make the ads a little more customizable before having to convert the creative. Also improve the reporting to be customizable or more eye- appealing for printing. Also have an easier way to quickly share screenshots of spec ads when customer is unable to receive a link from us. **What problems is Thunder Experience Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use thunder for our digital ad creation and it saves so much time and effort.
