# Is Crexi worth it for commercial real estate investors?

Would value input from investors who have subscribed to Crexi Intelligence specifically for off-market deal sourcing. What was your data accuracy experience across different asset classes, and did you find a workflow that made the filter results usable — or did the data quality gap ultimately push you to a different tool?

For Crexi Intelligence, I’d care less about how many off-market properties the filters return and more about how many survive basic underwriting. Ownership, sale history, and contact data can look useful at first glance, but stale records quickly turn a large result set into hours of verification work.
