What do you like best about ThinkWise?

ThinkWise aims at solving a problem that is often left unnoticed in an organization. Due to a lack of knowledge, tools, and data sometimes the management is unable to extract meaning out of employee feedback, surveys, and assessments. ThinkWise with its tools helps the management in taking various talent management and everyday decisions by helping them decipher the meaning behind the survey and assessment reports. What do you dislike about ThinkWise?

With ThinkWise we harnessed the power of surveys and assessments in taking various important management decisions. The 360-degree feedback here is quite comprehensive and helps in aligning individual development with that our enterprise goals. ThinkWise is one of those few tools that help a business realise the importance of surveys and assessment. It is an important tool to utilise the power of feedback, reports, and assessments in taking management decisions especially the ones involving human resources. What do you dislike about ThinkWise?
