Due to a lack of knowledge, tools, and data sometimes the management is unable to extract meaning out of employee feedback, surveys, and assessments. ThinkWise with its tools helps the management in taking various talent management and everyday decisions by helping them decipher the meaning behind the survey and assessment reports. It gives out individual reports, group reports, and support for 360-degree feedback which can bring results to the business. **What do you dislike about ThinkWise?** I did not dislike anything about Thinkise besides its pricing which appeared a little too pricey for small businesses and agencies. But overall the software is really good and worth a try. **Recommendations to others considering ThinkWise:** If you are willing to unleash the power of surveys and assessments in taking everyday decisions, go for ThinkWise. **What problems is ThinkWise solving and how is that benefiting you?** With ThinkWise we harnessed the power of surveys and assessments in taking various important management decisions. The 360-degree feedback here is quite comprehensive and helps in aligning individual development with that our enterprise goals. We especially loved the features like rater selection, customizable questions as per the needs, group summary report, aggregate reports etc. ### 2. It is an important tool to utilise the power of feedback, reports, and assessments in taking management decisions especially the ones involving human resources. **What do you dislike about ThinkWise?** The only thing I dislike about ThinkWise is it's pricing policy. It can be a big too pricey for small organizations which less than 10 employees. Besides the pricing factor it is a really nice tool. **Recommendations to others considering ThinkWise:** It can help your business align it's goals with that of its employees with the use of surveys and feedback. **What problems is ThinkWise solving and how is that benefiting you?** ThinkWise is helping us conduct, shape and improve our surveys, assessments and feedback aspects. Known for its customisable forms, 360 degree feedback etc, ThinkWise has actually helped us realise the potential of the same and helped us with competency mapping as well.
