It's just smart to use it. **What do you dislike about ThinkTank?** It won't make your decisions for you. And you still need someone who is a good facilitator and knowledgeable in using the tool. Have your facilitators get real hands on training on not only using the tool but using it as the facilitator. **What problems is ThinkTank solving and how is that benefiting you?** Too numerous to mention really. We used it for focus groups, for group prioritizing, even collecting edits to a large publication with several editors. ### 2. I liked the collaborative tools that it offers and how simple it is to use. Also, it happens to be inexpensive. A good investment. **What do you dislike about ThinkTank?** There isn't much that I dislike about this product. For a newbie, it might not be easy to understand initially but you can eventually get your hands on it efficiently. **What problems is ThinkTank solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has dramatically helped us right from strategizing to orchestrated execution and has been an excellent platform for stakeholders as well to stay connected with colleagues and keep up with every stage of the project. ### 5. I think that the software interface is great. **What do you dislike about ThinkTank?** I wouldn't say I like the design of the setting that is present in the software. The setting directions are wordy, and I think that it takes a long time to find the solution about setting adjustment. **What problems is ThinkTank solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am using the ThinkTank software for gathering employees' ideas and thoughts about making well-informed decisions. I think that the software helps cohesively gather thoughts and ideas. ### 6. Good facilitating tool for decision making. It digitized activities and performs fact analysis. **What do you dislike about ThinkTank?** Nothing in particular so far. Maybe the tool is not fast enough for very large size of data. But I might be wrong. **Recommendations to others considering ThinkTank:** It is a helpful tool for virtual decision making. Quite inexpensive and will save you a reasonable amount of time in project management. **What problems is ThinkTank solving and how is that benefiting you?** Virtual decision making through brainstorming, organizing data, prioritizing using the voting option and generating reports for management. It has helped us accelerate project work and reduce operating cost. It helped us in collaborative work remotely. ### 7. Very well thought out UI allows any commoner, even a non-IT person, to figure out how to use the app quickly. **What do you dislike about ThinkTank?** Most of the features offered have limited scope and support. I don't think the app can handle usage by large groups of people. There is only limited integration with other apps too. **What problems is ThinkTank solving and how is that benefiting you?** The app is very affordable and reasonable. There are several flexible options in terms of features, usage, and periods which wasn't the case with other apps. Customer support is excellent too. ### 8.
