This tool is easy to deploy and use. Tool is very light hence its never get lags. My Experience with Thinfinity Remote Desktop has been great because it offers great features and it makes remote assistance a breeze. It saves time and resources **What do you dislike about Thinfinity Workspace?** For the 2 years I have used Thinfinity Remote Desktop. I have not had any major problems. **What problems is Thinfinity Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using it for remote desktop app. As an IT expert, this tool makes it easy to access other PCs and make changes or help my team deal with IT challenges.
