What problems is TheraNest by Ensora Health solving and how is that benefiting you?

Need to be able to make changes to the Initial Intake and Diagnosis to meet the needs of the organization, it is very basic and a lot of typing is having to be completed to put the pertinent information for the biopsychosocial. I have been using EHR systems since 2019, and Theranest is probably the best of all the systems I use. It's not perfect (the telehealth video platform continues to be lackluster but workable). They seem to be working on making improvements on the platform and listen to feedback. Would recommend to people who want a simple system that actually works! My favorite thing about Theranest is that is basically a plug and play kind of set up. While you can notmodify it much, you can usually find a work around to gather the info needed.
