I truly appreciate The Brooks Group for providing a robust platform that significantly reinforces our sales methodologies, which actively aid both our team and company culture. Over the past three and a half years, The Brooks Group has played a pivotal role in helping us build and strengthen relationships with both existing and potential clients. I admire their comprehensive and thoughtful approach, which includes a two-day seminar, an online modular learning platform, and a moderated panel discussion. This combination effectively reinforces the lessons, values, and core tenets at a pace that aligns with our team's needs. The Brooks Group excels in defining training expectations and effectively tailors their program to fit the varying levels of the sales and technical groups. This tailored approach has been instrumental in refining our sales processes, enabling us to identify flaws and establish a tighter sales cycle while deepening client relationships. Their services allow us to explore future business opportunities more extensively, which is invaluable for our nationwide sales team. I would insist that the inside and service groups be involved with the next round of training - implementing a more cohesive approach across our own organization. Realizing all forward facing rolls are actually "sales" leader roles.
