It's a great tool that has significantly improved my daily work. It reduces my anxiety over handling difficult conversations and helps me properly document these talks, giving me confidence in documenting and correcting behavior. What I like most about The All-Around Player is its ease of use and the ability to have all of my employee documentation in one place, from interview notes to road maps for career development.
