**What do you like best about The All-Around Player?**

The All Around Player is a leading performance intelligence software that will revolutionize the HR landscape as we know it today. It brings together AI driven insights that help managers develop their employees more efficiently. It also reduces the time spent on performance management and supports psychologically safe performance reviews. With the Leader Assist roadmap, employees can work toward reaching their highest potential in their current roles while also helping organizations identify their next potential leaders.

**What do you dislike about The All-Around Player?**

I don’t have any dislikes. The performance management software is excellent and works really well for what I need.

**What problems is The All-Around Player solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It reduces the legal liability associated with a poorly handled performance review and offers deep insights for the manager, helping them coach their employees to reach their highest potential within any organization.

**What do you like best about The All-Around Player?**

I use The All-Around Player for several tasks like performance evaluations, interview documentation, performance improvement plans, and for scripts when having hard employee correction conversations. It's a great tool that has significantly improved my daily work. It reduces my anxiety over handling difficult conversations and helps me properly document these talks, giving me confidence in documenting and correcting behavior. What I like most about The All-Around Player is its ease of use and the ability to have all of my employee documentation in one place, from interview notes to road maps for career development. Having all the documentation in one place makes it easy to refer back to and catch patterns of behavior that could easily be missed, which takes away the dread of having to dig through emails or multiple programs. It even allows me to document my one-on-one meetings with my team, helping me better pick up where I last left off with each team member. Also, the initial setup was a breeze, fast, and I was able to start using the features right away. The user-friendly layout made it easy to pick up despite being newer to me.

**What do you dislike about The All-Around Player?**

Other features I would love to see added would be an exit interview feature. Or possibly a way for teams to share feedback about their direct supervisor.

**What problems is The All-Around Player solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use The All-Around Player to handle documentation for performance evaluations and difficult conversations, reducing anxiety and improving confidence. It's easy to use, organizes everything in one place, and helps track behavior patterns, making my work more efficient.
