Makes Managing Our Community Much Easier
We started using Tharavadu to make our day-to-day community activities a little more organized. I mainly like having visitor management, complaints, notices and other community-related activities in one place instead of searching through different WhatsApp groups.
It has also made it easier for us to keep track of requests and follow-ups. The app is simple enough for residents and staff to use without much difficulty.
There are still a few areas that could be improved as the product develops, but overall, it has made our community management more convenient and organized. I would definitely recommend it to other apartment communities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
