**What do you like best about TextLink SMS?**

The platform allowed us to easily provide the team a cost-effective solution in handling SMS feature instead if building this ground up.  With the built-in API capabilities, the platform also allows us to integrate this with our systems thru API calls or Webhooks.  As far as its usability is concern, the interface is straight forward and easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about TextLink SMS?**

One of the observations we noticed is that it identifies the Carrier as the SIM ID.  This becomes a challenge when using SIMs with the same carrier as it shows identical names and hard to be distinguished by a regular user.

**What problems is TextLink SMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved a lot of problems for us, particularly this allowed us to have a responsive platform that allows the entire team to send and receive SMS while working from different locations
