# Which RFP platforms have the best AI answer quality and content library management features?

It takes discipline to keep the library clean.</li>

The AI output is a starting point that still needs a check.</li>

Worth separating what each platform is actually reducing here, since &quot;AI reduced upkeep&quot; can mean two different things. Loopio&#39;s model still routes AI drafts through a review workflow, so the upkeep moves from writing answers to checking them, which is real time savings but not zero time. Tribble&#39;s approach, learning from approved answers rather than requiring constant manual library maintenance, shifts the effort earlier, into the upfront connection and initial approval round, rather than removing it. Neither is &quot;no upkeep,&quot; they&#39;re moving the same maintenance work to a different point in the process, and which one feels like less work probably depends on whether your team would rather do steady small edits or one heavier setup lift.
