Test Center App Reviews & Product Details

Test Center App is an online service that organises vehicle test drives from booking to sales follow-up, for dealerships, brands, importers, dealer groups and event organisers working with cars, motorbikes or trucks. It covers both test-drive events, such as open days, launches, demo tours and shows, and the everyday test drives that happen at the dealership. An event can be set up in under 15 minutes by choosing the dates, time slots and vehicles available. Customers and prospects then pre-register online and book their own slot and vehicle on a public booking page. On the day, the welcome desk photographs each driver's licence and the driver signs on the spot, while licences, GDPR consents and waivers are stored securely without paper forms. The team works from a single live schedule shared by several users, with drag and drop, one-click slot locking and status tracking from keys out to keys back, plus feedback notes after each drive. Afterwards, every test drive is available as a lead with status, model, feedback and contact details, exportable to Excel or CSV for sales follow-up. A multi-account structure lets a brand or importer coordinate dealer groups and individual dealerships in any country and language. Test Center App is used by dealerships in France, Belgium and the Netherlands, including Ducati North Europe, Moto Store and Indigo. Pricing is a flat subscription for dealerships, brands and event organisers, with unlimited events and everyday test drives and no commitment.
