Tessitura Pricing Overview

Tessitura is so robust and customizable. It has been very rare in my nearly 10 years of using Tessitura that I haven't been able to solve a problem. Tessitura is expensive, but you get what you pay for. You definitely need someone on your team with technical expertise or curiosity to get the most out of Tess, or you need to be able to pay a consultant to help. If you have someone technically inclined and who is curious on your team, you'll be able to get by on the basics just fine. I like Tessitura because it allows me to input a large amount of data and, in return, provides detailed outputs effortlessly. This capability is especially handy for generating reports that are crucial in our theatre activities, akin to a register for all happenings. Also, having the ability to easily handle such vast amounts of data sets me free from tedious data entry tasks, allowing me to focus my time and efforts on more analytical work, which I deeply appreciate. I faced several challenges with the Education Registration Extension in Tessitura. Initially, there were many teething problems, which hindered its efficiency. A significant issue is that the extension does not write back to email, which complicates communication processes. Additionally, the date of birth format defaults to American, but I believe an English format should be standard to avoid confusion. The report generated from this extension also needs improvement to be truly useful. Another inconvenience is the requirement to fill out all the information across several different tabs, which could be streamlined for ease of use.
