## About Tendl
Tendl is a revenue operating system for tendering that helps organisations run bids as a disciplined sales process rather than an administrative exercise. Tendl is a type of bid management and revenue operations software designed so organisations win more relevant work through tenders, RFPs, and ITTs. It helps teams treat tendering as a core sales channel by bringing discovery, qualification, response, and pipeline management into a single system. The product is built for regulated, high-stakes markets where accuracy, governance, and risk management matter more than speed alone. Unlike tools focused narrowly on drafting responses, Tendl addresses the full commercial lifecycle of a tender. It enables teams to see opportunities earlier, make structured go or no-go decisions, engineer compliant responses, and manage their tender pipeline with the same visibility and forecasting logic used in sales CRM systems. AI is used to support analysis and co-writing, but always within controlled inputs and approved organisational content. Tendl is used by bid managers, bid writers, sales leaders, and executives in sectors such as civil engineering, infrastructure, facilities management, professional services, and software. It is intended for teams that bid regularly and rely on tenders as a repeatable source of revenue, not occasional one-off submissions. Core product capabilities include: • Market leading centralised discovery and intake that pulls every tender from portals and email into one system, replacing fragmented inboxes and enabling consistent assessment across the full market. • Structured qualification and go/no-go frameworks to assess viability, focus resources, and kill unwinnable work early. • Automated requirement extraction to create compliance matrices and reduce commercial, legal, and delivery risk. • Response planning and AI-assisted drafting grounded in verified, approved internal content. • Governed content and evidence libraries that retain institutional knowledge and compound performance over time. • Pipeline management for tendering that tracks every opportunity from discovery to award, giving leadership visibility, prioritisation, and forward-looking revenue insight. Key outcomes for users include: • Fewer low-probability bids through earlier, data-informed qualification • Lower administrative effort by reducing manual document handling and rework • Greater consistency and compliance through governed reuse of proven materials • Improved revenue visibility via pipeline tracking and weighted forecasting Common use cases include handling large volumes of repeat tenders, running major high-value bids, bringing consistency to how teams work across the business, and making sure past bids are reused rather than lost or forgotten. Tendl treats tendering as a revenue discipline that deserves structure, visibility, and accountability, not just a writing exercise or a document management task.

## Tendl Reviews
  ### 1. Streamlined Bid Management, Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Tendl?**

I love the ease of use and how incredible the Tendl platform is. They offered us a cheaper price and incorporated many features we asked for. The team and support are on another level. It's simple enough that everyone on our team was able to use it with ease, and support really helps, especially as deadlines approach. As a result, we have cleaner compliance, quicker bids, and less last-minute chaos. Most importantly, we've been able to win a lot more bids with much less time wasted. The initial setup was super easy, only requiring one onboarding session.

**What do you dislike about Tendl?**

The only thing that could be improved was more on the discovery and estimating side of the platform. There isn't much software on estimating, which is a process that takes us a lot of time as we are a construction company.

**What problems is Tendl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Tendl to manage bids efficiently, keeping the process in one place, which helps eliminate chaos, reduce time, and improve compliance and success. It's easy to use, with great support and features that boost winning bids.

  ### 2. A real system for bids, not just another AI tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Tendl?**

What I like most is the control it gives you. Instead of tendering being a messy scramble across inboxes and folders, everything lives in one place with clear owners, stages, and reuse of approved content. It saves a heap of time, but more importantly it makes the whole process feel predictable and repeatable.

**What do you dislike about Tendl?**

It takes a little time to get everything set up the right way (library, evidence, workflows), but once it’s in place it runs much smoother.

It works best when the team commits to using it consistently, so there’s a short “habit change” period at the start.

Some of the newer, more advanced features feel like they’re still evolving, but you can see the direction and updates coming through.

**What problems is Tendl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tendl fixes the chaos that usually comes with tendering: scattered info, rushed go/no-go decisions, outdated evidence, and endless review loops. It pulls everything into one workflow, helps you qualify faster, and makes drafting more consistent by reusing approved content.

The benefit for me is simple: we spend less time on admin and rework, deadlines feel less stressful, and we’re more confident we’re submitting higher-quality bids while protecting the team’s time.

  ### 3. Intuitive and Efficient RFP Management for Small Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Tendl?**

I like how Tendl was so intuitive to use. It really helped my small team at Redgum Integrated Services respond to a lot more RFPs much faster. As a small team lacking in bid writing, Tendl managed most of it for us, which was incredibly valuable. Plus, the initial setup was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Tendl?**

Honestly, I wish it could help us respond to simpler bids faster. I'm not too sure, but if I could just upload a simple RFP and have a response done in under 5 minutes that would be great.

**What problems is Tendl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tendl helps my small team respond to more RFPs much faster. We were starting from scratch for each tender, but Tendl manages most of the bid writing, which is crucial for us.
