As a member of such an organization, I appreciate the features that help with member management and community involvement, such as online forums and newsletter features. The mobile responsive design is also a plus, as it allows me to access the software on the go. **What do you dislike about Tendenci?** While it may be great for larger organizations, I feel like it may be too complex and expensive for smaller organizations or clubs just starting out with their first true AMS online. **What problems is Tendenci solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tendenci solves the problem of managing a complex, multi-chapter national or international organization while also being able to scale down for smaller organizations. This benefits me by providing a platform that can handle the needs of my non-profit organization while also being mobile responsive and secure. Additionally, it is specifically designed for non-profit organizations, associations, and other community organizations, making it a popular choice for these organizations. **What do you dislike about Tendenci?** I can say that Tendenci is an open-source content management platform that offers many useful features and tools for non-profit organizations and communities. **What problems is Tendenci solving and how is that benefiting you?** By using Tendenci, organizations can improve their efficiency, attract and retain members and donors, and increase the visibility and impact of their work. You can't beat that. Tendenci not only helps with data management and communication between clients and donors, but it also makes event management a breeze. Their events module handles anything from ticketing/pricing to automatically adding events to our company's calender and allowing our clients to register and pay right away. **What do you dislike about Tendenci?** Although Tendenci is easy to navigate, there are situations that arise where the software isn't as flexible as I would hope it to be. This usually requires reaching out to their customer support team, following a long wait for reply. However, their customer support is awesome about being responsive, sometimes is just takes a while. **What problems is Tendenci solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tendenci has benefited our company with effortlessly bundling ticket packages for our events. It also is great about providing suggestions/help regarding increasing sales, membership, and managing multiple products at once. Their support team is amazing about answering any questions we might have about optimizing our events.
